¥? since then vegetables/ fruits are supplements...

¥? lead on from Stone Age Man ¥? a man who eats meat regularly ¥? the body knows he is someone who will regularly get food ¥? those who could not hunt & had to live on plants/ vegetation ¥? the body was equipped to allow then whatever meat that came it's way - it would use/ convert to storage = fat. The veg has a 'trigger'... Mother Nature looks after 'survival instinct'...

eg. Those who did not get enough meat resorted to eating vegetation. Eating this vegetation triggered a survival operation in the human body. This survival operation was to store energy. The stored energy would come from the most concentrated form ie. fat in meat.
