Maybe there could be a tiered system... like with tax, except it's worked backwards.

If a company does well & flourishes - people get paid salary increases. ok, maybe the boss/ manager gets 2% rise, and all the workers get 0.5% - or a bonus... basically it's to acknowledge that everyone in the company has played a part in the success of the company.

But yes, what about the slackers who only produce 10 sneakers a day, & those that produce 100 a day? - well, I thought it would be easy to calculate the varying amounts/ pay ratio - (why don't they have this in place already? - to de-moralize the workers?...
