basically, the sneaker issue is that:- you see, no matter how hard you work, you still get paid the same amount... and in a way there is no encouragement to do better - but perhaps
discouragement because 'work it out in your head'... In fact
this means the more sneakers you make, the less we will pay you. Since Joe Bloggs makes ten a day and gets paid & 4.50 per hour. And you make double that amount per day and still get paid £4.50 per hour. In fact Joe
Bloggs gets paid more than you because he makes less sneakers and get more per sneaker... Where is the incentive to work hard and get rewarded from that? Except to take your lot and live your days out - like a low-life... because you can't get any better... 'work it out in your head'... Angrily yours, |
